Complaint handling

XXV OF 2023. LAW: ON COMPLAINTS, ANNOUNCEMENTS OF PUBLIC INTEREST, AND RULES RELATED TO THE REPORTING OF COMPLAINTS according to the law:

§ 20. (1) In the internal abuse reporting system, it is possible to report information about an illegal or presumed illegal act or omission, or other abuse.

The report can also be made anonymously, however, in this case, the reporter will not be notified of the result of the investigation. The whistleblower may not be subject to any adverse measures for filing the report. The investigation period cannot be longer than 30 days.
