Shot-blasting
Shot blasting is carried out in a closed blasting cabinet with rubber belt. The parts are spun by the belt in front of the shot-blasting wheel, so the grit finishes the parts all around.
Small, 0,3-0,4 mm steel grit is used for this operation that results in a very fine surface cleaning, thus the effect of this shot-blasting is only a little stronger than an average sand-blasting.
