Zinc-nickel-plating

The zinc-nickel-alloy deposition line was realized within the ‘GVOP 1.1.3.’ project supported by the European Union.
This is the most modern galvanizing technology in automotive industry, assuring the highest - up to 1000 hours - corrosion resistance in salt spray test with a coating thickness of min. 8 μm.
The applied chemicals, passivations contain Cr(VI)-free compounds.
The technology fulfills all environmental requirements.
